Gatebox プライバシーポリシー

Gatebox株式会社（以下、「当社」といいます）は、当社がお預かりするGateboxおよび関連サービスその他当社が提供するサービスにおけるお客様情報並びに社内手続における個人情報を以下の通り取り扱います。

適用範囲

本プライバシーポリシーはGateboxに関する全てのサービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます）その他当社が提供するサービスに適用されます。別途にサービス別のプライバシーポリシーまたは個別利用規約等（以下、「個別規約」といいます）においてお客様情報の取り扱いを規定する場合は、個別規約も適用されます。本プライバシーポリシーと個別規約において矛盾が発生する場合は個別規約が優先されます。
なお、リンク先など他事業者等による個人情報収集は、本プライバシーポリシーの適用範囲ではございません。

取得する情報及び利用目的

当社は本サービスにおいて次のように情報を取得及び利用いたします。

1. Gateboxに関するサービス上で取得される情報

  • 氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、認証に利用したソーシャルメディアのアカウント情報、プロフィール情報(本サービス上での表示名、アイコン画像、メッセージ等)、その他お客様自身が登録、投稿した情報(テキスト、画像、動画等)本サービス上で取得する情報のほか、キャンペーンイベント、お問い合わせ等で取得される情報
  • クッキー(Cookie)、IPアドレス、端末情報、ブラウザ情報、ブラウザ言語、位置情報、その他お客様の通信ログに関する情報

※本サービスではGoogle Analyticsを利用しております。Google Analyticsではクッキー(Cookie)を利用し、単体で個人を特定できない情報を収集します。なお、収集される情報はGoogle社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます（Google Analyticsでデータが収集、処理される仕組みについては「ユーザーが Google パートナーのサイトやアプリを使用する際の Google によるデータ使用」のページ（www.google.com/intl/ja/policies/privacy/partners/）をご参照ください。）。

上記情報は以下の目的で利用いたします。

  • 本サービスのご提供及びご案内のため
  • 本サービスにおける機器の販売配送及び修理等サポートのため
  • 本サービスにおける不正利用防止のため
  • 本サービスを円滑に利用できるようにするため
  • 本サービス利用に関する統計データを作成するため
  • 現在提供している本サービスまたは今後提供を検討している本サービスに関するアンケート実施のため
  • お問い合わせに対する対応のため
  • 本サービスに関する情報等または当社以外の事業者が広告主となる広告情報等（ターゲティング広告を含みます。）を告知するため
  • 今後の本サービスに関する新企画立案を行い提供するため
  • キャンペーン等の抽選及び賞品や商品発送のため
  • お問い合わせ時等、本人確認を行うため
  • 商品購入時や有料サービス利用時等におけるご請求処理のため
  • 本サービスに関する情報を配信するため
  • その他本サービスに関する重要なお知らせ等、必要に応じた連絡を行うため

2. 当社の採用選考にご応募いただく方の情報

  • 履歴書、職務経歴書等、当社の採用へご応募いただくにあたって取得される情報

上記情報は以下の目的で利用いたします。

  • 当社の採用に関する情報提供のため
  • 採用選考の合否判定、ご連絡、ご通知ため
  • 採用後の社内の人事労務管理のため

3. お取引のためにご提供いただく情報

  • 氏名、所属、会社名等、当社とのお取引にあたって取得される情報

上記情報は以下の目的で利用いたします。

  • 業務上必要なご連絡、契約の履行、商談のため
  • 取引先情報の管理のため

情報の提供

当社は、個人情報を下記の場合を除いて第三者に提供することはございません。

  • ご本人が事前に同意した場合
  • 法律に基づく場合
  • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
  • 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
  • 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
  • 学術研究機関等に個人情報を提供する場合であって、当該学術研究機関等が当該個人情報を学術研究目的で取り扱う必要がある場合（当該個人情報を取り扱う目的の一部が学術研究目的である場合を含み、個人の権利利益を不当に侵害するおそれがある場合を除きます。）
  • 合併、会社分割、営業譲渡その他の事由によって個人情報の提供を含む弊社の事業の承継が行われる場合

情報の委託

当社は利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内においてお客様から取得した個人情報の全部または一部を業務委託先に委託することがございます。その際、業務委託先としての適格性を十分審査するとともに、契約にあたって守秘義務に関する事項等を規定し、情報が適正に管理される体制作りを行います。

情報の共同利用

本サービスを提供するにあたり、当社と共同して業務を行うビジネスパートナーが必要な場合には、お客様の個人情報をそのビジネスパートナーと共同利用することがあります。この場合に当社は、利用目的、ビジネスパートナーの名称、情報の種類、管理者の名称についてお客様に公表した上で共同利用することといたします。

本人の権利

ご本人が当社に対し、サービスサイト上で確認できない個人情報の開示を求める場合、当社が別途定めた手続きに従って、次の場合を除き開示を請求することができます。

  • 開示することで本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
  • 開示することで当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
  • 開示することが法令に違反することとなる場合
  • 開示の請求がご本人からであることが確認できない場合

開示の結果、お客様が当社保有の個人情報の内容が事実でないと判断した場合は、当社が別途定めた手続きに従って、個人情報の訂正・追加・削除を請求することができます。その場合、当社は利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で遅滞なく調査を行い、その結果に基づき当該個人情報の訂正・追加・削除を行います。

なお、サービスサイト上で確認できない個人情報の開示を請求される場合には、当社が別途定めた手続きに従って開示手数料をいただく場合がございます。お客様から当社への個人情報の提供は任意ですが、必要な情報をご提供いただけない場合、本サービスの一部を利用できない場合がございます。

お子様の個人情報について

15歳未満のお客様が本サービスを利用し、個人情報を入力される場合には保護者の方の同意のもとに行っていただけますようお願いいたします。

安全管理措置

当社は、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏洩などのリスクに対して、個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう、以下の安全管理措置を講じます。

基本方針の策定 個人データの適正な取扱いの確保のため、「関係法令・ガイドライン等の遵守」、「質問及び苦情処理の窓口」等についての基本方針として、本プライバシーポリシーを策定
個人データの取扱いに係る規律の整備 取得、利用、保存、提供、削除・廃棄等の段階ごとに、取扱方法、責任者・担当者及びその任務等について個人データの取扱規程を策定
組織的安全管理措置 1）　個人データの取扱いに関する責任者を設置するとともに、個人データを取り扱う従業者及び当該従業者が取り扱う個人データの範囲を明確化し、法や取扱規程に違反している事実又は兆候を把握した場合の責任者への報告連絡体制を整備
2）　個人データの取扱状況について、定期的に自己点検を実施する
人的安全管理措置 1）　個人データの取扱いに関する留意事項について、従業者に定期的な研修を実施
2）　個人データについての秘密保持に関する事項を就業規則に記載
物理的安全管理措置 1）　個人データを取り扱う区域において、従業者の入退室管理及び持ち込む機器等の制限を行うとともに、権限を有しない者による個人データの閲覧を防止する措置を実施
2）　個人データを取り扱う機器、電子媒体及び書類等の盗難又は紛失等を防止するための措置を講じるとともに、事業所内の移動を含め、当該機器、電子媒体等を持ち運ぶ場合、容易に個人データが判明しないよう措置を実施
技術的安全管理措置 1）　アクセス制御を実施して、担当者及び取り扱う個人情報データベース等の範囲を限定
2）　個人データを取り扱う情報システムを外部からの不正アクセス又は不正ソフトウェアから保護する仕組みを導入
外的環境の把握 当社は、取得した個人データを日本のサーバに保管しているため、外国において個人データを取り扱っておりません。

本プライバシーポリシーの改定

本プライバシーポリシーは改定されることがあります。重要な変更にあたってはお客様に対してわかりやすい方法にて改定内容を告知いたします。

Gatebox Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

We, Gatebox Inc. (“Gatebox”, “we”, “us” or “our”), believe your privacy is important. To fulfill our commitment to respecting and protecting your privacy, we will adhere to the following principles.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all services related to Gatebox (hereinafter referred to as "The Service"). Individual agreement is also applied when separately specifying the handling of customer information in the privacy policy by individual service or the individual terms of use etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Individual contract"). If there is inconsistency in this Privacy Policy and Individual Terms, the individual terms will take precedence. Please note that collection of personal information by other companies, such as linked companies, is not within the scope of this Privacy Policy. This privacy policy is a translation from the Japanese version, Japanese version takes precedence over this document.

3. Types of Personal Information We Collect

To provide you Services, Gatebox collects, uses, and transfers the following types of information:

i. Information Acquired on Services Related to Gatebox (hereinafter "This Service")

  • Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, Account information of social media used for authentication, profile information (display name on this service, icon picture, message etc.), other information registered by the customer , Images, movies, etc.) In addition to the information to be acquired on this service, information acquired by campaign events, inquiries, etc.
  • Information on cookie (Cookie), IP address, Device Information, Browser Information, Browser Language, Location, and other communication logs of customers

※ This service uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects information that can not identify individuals by using cookies by themselves. The information collected will be managed based on Google's privacy policy.

ii. Information of Those Who Apply for Our Recruitment

When you apply for our job, we may obtain your personal information such as resume, job history, etc.

The above information will be used for the following purposes.

  • to provide information on our recruitment
  • for notice of recruitment selection results
  • for personnel labor management after joining the company

iii. Information for Dealings

We will obtain information such as name, affiliation, company name etc.

The above information will be used for the following purposes.

  • for contact, fulfill a contract, business negotiation
  • Management of business partner information

4. Does Gatebox Give My Information to Third Parties?

We will not provide your information to any third parties except in the following cases.

  • In case the principal agrees in advance
  • In case of based on law
  • In cases where it is necessary for the protection of human life, body or property, it is difficult to obtain consent of the person himself / herself
  • In cases where it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting healthy fostering of children and it is difficult to obtain consent of the person himself / herself
  • When it is necessary to cooperate in carrying out the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations by a national institution or a local public entity or a person receiving consignment thereof
  • When personal information is provided to an academic research institution, etc., and the academic research institution, etc. needs to handle the personal information for academic research purposes (including cases where a part of the purpose of handling the personal information is for academic research purposes, excluding cases where there is a risk of unjustified infringement on the rights and interests of individuals)
  • When the succession of our company including the provision of personal information is carried out due to merger, corporate division, business transfer or other reason

5. Outsourcing Personal Information

We may delegate all or part of personal information acquired from customers to outsourcing parties to the extent necessary for attaining purpose of use. In doing so, we will thoroughly examine the qualification as a contractor and at the same time regulate matters concerning confidentiality obligations in the contract, and we will create a system to properly manage the information.

6. Sharing Personal Information to Business Partner

In providing this service, if you need a business partner to do business in cooperation with the Company, we may share your personal information with that business partner. In this case, we will jointly use it after announcing it to customers about purpose of use, name of business partner, kind of information, name of administrator.

7. Your Rights

In cases where the principal requests the Company to disclose personal information that can not be confirmed on the service site, according to the procedures separately defined by the Company, we can request disclosure except for the following cases.

  • In case there is a risk of harming the life, body, property or other rights and interests of the principal or a third party by disclosing
  • When there is a risk of significant hindrance to proper implementation of our business by disclosing
  • In cases where disclosure becomes a violation of laws and regulations
  • In case It can not be confirmed that the request for disclosure is from the principal

As a result of the disclosure, if you decide that the contents of personal information owned by our company is not true, you can request correction, addition, or deletion of personal information in accordance with procedures separately set by us. In that case, we will investigate without delay within the range necessary for achieving the purpose of use and correct, add, or delete the personal information based on the result.

In the case of requesting disclosure of personal information that can not be confirmed on the service site, we may receive a disclosure fee according to separately determined procedures.

Providing personal information from our customers to our company is optional, but we may not be able to use part of this service if we can not provide necessary information.

8. About Child’s Personal Information

If you are under 15 years of age using this service and entering personal information please do it under the consent of the parents or person of parental authority.

9. [A SPECIAL NOTE] About Children in the United States of America

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at or intended to be used by minors under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We understand the special necessity to protect Children's online privacy, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from Children.

If, however, you believe we have collected any personal information from Children, then please let us know.  If you would like to send us a written request, please refer to Section 11 for our mailing address.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from Children, we will deactivate the relevant Account(s) and will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such personal information from our records.

10. Security control measures

We will take the following safety control measures to ensure the safe management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.

Establishment of Basic Policy In order to ensure the proper handling of personal data, we have established this Privacy Policy as our basic policy regarding "compliance with related laws and guidelines," "contact for questions and complaints," etc.
Establishment of rules for the handling of personal data We will establish rules for the handling of personal data, including handling methods, responsible persons and persons in charge, and their duties, for each stage of acquiring, using, storing, providing, deleting, and disposing of personal information.
Organizational Safety Control Measures (1) We will establish a person responsible for the handling of personal data, clarify the employees who handle personal data and the scope of personal data handled by such employees, and establish a system for reporting to the person responsible in the event that we become aware of facts or signs of violation of the law or handling regulations.

Physical Security Control Measures (1) In areas where personal data is handled, we will control employee access to rooms and limit the equipment, etc. that employees may bring into such areas, and we will implement measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data.
(2) We will take measures to prevent theft or loss of equipment, electronic media, and documents that handle personal data, and will take measures to prevent personal data from being easily discovered when such equipment, electronic media, etc. are carried, including during transportation within our offices.
Technical Safety Management Measures (1) We will implement access controls to limit the scope of persons in charge and the personal information databases handled.
(2) We implement mechanisms to protect the information systems that handle personal data from unauthorized external access or unauthorized software.
Understanding the External Environment We do not handle personal data in foreign countries because the personal data acquired by us is stored on servers in Japan.

This Privacy Policy may be revised. We will announce the revised contents in an easy-to-understand way for important changes.
